Fast Cars, Fireworks, Family Fun, Kids Bike Races all Friday Night July 4th

Carolina Speedway presents red, white, and vroom. Friday July 4th come celebrate the nation’s independence with a night of high-horsepower excitement and fireworks at Carolina Speedway. It’s a family tradition. Five action packed racing divisions will hit the dirt. The dirt late model’s packing 700 + horses will pony up on the dirt in an awesome display of showmanship. The GM Performance late models will keep the action hotter then weather. The equal engine’s of the division will put all driver talent or lack there of on display for the admiration of fans. The street stocks and reckless renegades will battle door-to-door in excitement reminiscent of racing from yesteryear. Finally, the rookie division will present tomorrow’s young guns. All children are encouraged to enter the bicycle race for their chance to hit dirt. The kid’s will race each other in one of three divisions. Each division is divided by age. Following the bicycle races a presentation of trophy’s for the children will take place along with a kid’s meeting where kid’s will get a chance to catch all the candy they can hold. Our military hero’s, retired or active, will be honored with a discount ticket price. To top of the Independence celebration is a fireworks display sure to please all. The action will begin at 7:00 P.M. Cost of general admission is just $12.00 for children 12 and older as well as adults. The spectator gate opens at 5:00 P.M.
